Another NEW calling service AATMO.BIZ has opened by a (former?) fellow BG. Aaron worked at "Booked Talent" to learn the business but left as the service declined and everyone started to leave. DH: This is the most troubling part of the email. Let's break it down first since BAS loves to twist the truth to feed his sickness.

A) No calling service uses Hollywood O/S, LA Casting, Extras Access or ANY other online casting service. Why, you ask? Because they're in the same business! A calling service has a roster of people that pay them to get work. Why would they ignore their own people and go out to an online service to fill slots? Typical BAS.

B) Why won't Aaron work with Headquarters? If he truly has the best interests of his clients at heart why would he disregard a company that gets as much work as any other boutique agency? If you're a member of Aatmo.biz you might want to ask this question. His job is to get you work, not turn his back on it. If you're SAG you know how hard it is out there. Would you hire a service that ignores SAG listings because he is friends with a low life like Brett? Personally I don't believe Aaron said any such thing.

C) If Aaron did say this then all current members of Hollywood O/S and Headquarters should boycott his service. Why support someone who supports a low life like Brett? What's fair is fair. Can someone please contact Aaron and see if he has been accurately quoted? I know BAS is a liar and would hate for Aaron to be lumped in with him if this isn't true.

The Walls Are Closing in on BAS!

What a week! Every post on backgroundbeat.com seems to be calling Brett out on his bullshit. Way to go people! He can't delete or modify the posts fast enough and it's getting to him. I just love watching the little rat squirm.

Now he's paranoid that all of his detractors are using fake IP addresses to log back on after he cuts them off. Thanks for the idea BAS!! If he cuts you off from posting or eliminates your account just go to one of those proxy sites that let you surf the net anonymously. They're free!

Just keep signing up as different user names until the truth chokes his chicken little neck. Don't forget to post the link to this blog any chance you get. All of the newbies to backgroundbeat.com should know that the administrator is a douche bag who lies through his teeth. They need to know about this blog!

It's up to you people! If you want to end his bullshit you need to mobilize. Treat him with the same honesty and respect he has shown for you all of these years. Expose him for what he really is!!

Re-writing History??

Here's BAS response to the discovery of his true identity and alleged sordid past. I don't know about you, but his sanitized version does not seem to match what appears in the case file:

Choose the tab that says "Criminal Case Search." The case number is 04CR3427. Be sure that under "Case Status", you select "All". Several counts of child molestation and child pornography.

Curious points to ponder:

BAS: In 2000 I caught a neighborhood kid blowing up firecrackers in my yard. I called the police and sent them to his house.

DH: The charge says "child molestation." That means he was accused of actual touching. There's no mention of any contact that could have been misconstrued by the child in BAS story.

BAS: To get out of trouble he turned it on me and said he looked in my windows and saw porn, or maybe he thought my girlfriend was under age.

DH: Would a judge issue an arrest warrant based on someone peeking in the window of a private residence? That's a tough sell.

Let's look at the second part: "or maybe he thought my girlfriend was under age."
Hmmmm. I find it hard to believe that a 32 year old man (BAS age at the time), could possibly be dating a girl that could be mistaken for a 12-16 year old. I don't know about you but when I was a teen I knew everybody close to my age in the neighborhood. Could his youthful looking girlfriend have been flown in from out of town? How else could his accuser, who BAS says was a neighborhood kid, make that mistake? As a former police officer I can tell you that the first thing we would have done was verify the young lady's age before pursuing an arrest. This is almost laughable.

BAS: Actually, I don't know what all he said.

DH: You don't know what was said? What? You are arrested for child molestation and sexual exploitation of a child and yet you don't bother to find out what was said? You spend a week in jail, have your father bail you out, have your whole life turned upside down and you don't know what was said? The case went on for five years and you don't know what was said? This tells me all I need to know about BAS version of events.

BAS: I was arrested, my computers searched, and when I was eventually found innocent the whole thing was expunged and I got a nice apology. I never even went to court. Shit happens.

DH: The case file shows something different. BAS was never found innocent. Judge Hancock ruled that the prosecution couldn't prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. Does anybody remember the OJ verdict? OJ was not found innocent; his crafty lawyers were able to create reasonable doubt. OJ was found liable in the civil case that followed. Where there's smoke, there's probably fire.

Why didn't Dekalb County have this case removed from its website? If it were me and I were truly innocent I would force the issue to my dying breath. Wouldn't you?

I can't speak about the nice apology but I'd sure like to find out if the 11 prosecution witnesses apologized.

I can't think of anybody that would be jealous of a 40 year old extra who has accomplished nothing in his life and still likes hanging with teenagers and 20 somethings. There are those who think they're very clever finding old boring news and try to use it to take the attention off companies like HollywoodOS and make me the focus. Doesn't work. I don't take anyones money or make false promises to actors. I'm not casting anyone. It's not about me. It's about protecting all of us and letting people know what kinds of things these companies do. Harassing me is a great example.
This site isn't about individual actors or their private lives, it's about protecting us from the abuses by casting and production and the many many companies that would swindle us. If you want to post about me or some other actor go do it somewhere else.
